Job Description
Gould Intelligent is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a 6 mo. contract to hire position. Can work either out of North Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona location. Candidate will be supporting 200+ internal users across 12 locations. Must work onsite with occasional drives between the 2 offices so reliable transportation is a must.
Candidate must be customer service and detail oriented. Patience, troubleshooting, organization, and multitasking skills are essential. Must be able to prioritize work requests. Preferred candidate will have experience in MS Windows and MS Office. Candidate must have 1+ years of Help Desk experience. If Candidate has significant Help Desk experience outside of IT (Information Technology), on-the-job training can be provided.
